Job summary

iCIMS, one of the fastest growing SaaS companies in the United States, is looking for an Account Services Manager in New Jersey. You will work closely with iCIMS customers to ensure their needs and expectations are met and help maximize the value from iRecruiter.

Some travel to client sites is required. The role requires a Bachelor degree, strong interpersonal and communication skills, experience with Microsoft Windows and web technologies, and a background in client relations or HR software

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree with strong academic record.
• Experience with all Microsoft Windows operating systems.
• Hands-on user for Microsoft Internet Explorer and related web-based technologies.
• Must have strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision or formal structure.
• Previous experience with client relations and experience in HR systems and/or software project management are significant plus.

Responsibilities

• Master the iRecruiter system to advise customers on best usage.
• Manage multiple accounts and maintain relationships.
• Identify customer needs and opportunities to upsell.
• Participate in sales presentations via conference calls and seminars, on-site meetings, and client surveys.
• Collaborate with Marketing to create client references and testimonials.
• Proactively contact clients to pursue 100% renewal rate.
• Handle escalated customer issues.
• Some travel required.
