Account Services Manager — SaaS Customer Success & Renewals

Job summary

iCIMS, a fast-growing SaaS company, is seeking an Account Services Manager who will work closely with customers to ensure their needs and expectations are met and renewals reach 100%.

You will master the iRecruiter system, manage multiple accounts, identify opportunities, support sales presentations, and collaborate with Marketing to build client references.

Some travel is required; a Bachelor’s degree and strong communication skills are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree with strong academic track record.
• Experience with all Microsoft Windows operating systems.
• Hands-on user for Microsoft Internet Explorer and related web-based technologies.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision or formal structure.
• Previous experience with client relations and experience in HR systems and/or software project management are significant plus.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with iCIMS customers to ensure all needs and expectations are met.
• Master the iRecruiter system to effectively communicate best practices to customers.
• Identify customer needs and opportunities to add products and services.
• Participate in sales presentations via calls, seminars, and on-site meetings.
• Collaborate with Marketing to develop client references, case studies, and testimonials.
• Proactively contact assigned clients and strive for a 100% renewal rate.
• Handle escalated customer issues.
• Some travel required.
