Job summary

iCIMS is seeking an Account Services Manager to partner with customers and ensure their needs are met. You’ll learn the iRecruiter system quickly and guide clients to maximize value, while managing multiple accounts and driving renewals.

You’ll identify opportunities to add products and services and participate in client-facing presentations. The role requires strong communication and relationship-building skills, HR systems familiarity, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree with strong academic record.
• Experience with all Microsoft Windows operating systems.
• Hands‑on user for Microsoft Internet Explorer and related web-based technologies.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision or formal structure.
• Experience in client relations and HR systems and/or software project management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with iCIMS customers to ensure needs and expectations are met.
• Master the iRecruiter system to advise customers on best practices.
• Manage multiple accounts and maintain excellent client relationships.
• Identify customer needs and opportunities to upsell additional products/services.
• Participate in sales presentations via calls, seminars, and on-site meetings.
• Collaborate with Marketing to develop client references, case studies, and testimonials.
• Proactively contact assigned clients to work toward high renewal rates.
• Handle escalated customer issues.
• Occasional travel may be required.
