Meltwater Group in Miami is seeking an Account Manager to manage, renew, and grow assigned SaaS accounts. You will nurture relationships, drive renewals, and uncover expansion opportunities.

Collaborate with Customer Success and Renewals teams, develop account plans, and negotiate pricing. You will be in the office 3 days per week at 80 SW 8th Street, Suite 3350, as part of our hybrid schedule, with a December 2026 start date.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years in account management for SaaS or software.
• Strong strategic thinking with focus on retention and growth.
• Ability to develop effective account plans.
• Proactive in identifying expansion opportunities within accounts.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
