Paycom is aggressively expanding its sales footprint in Atlanta, GA, offering a high-velocity sales role that rewards top performers with uncapped commissions and the potential to exceed $1M in total compensation. You will own the entire sales cycle, engage C-suite, and drive software sales for HR tech in a competitive SaaS environment.

You’ll prospect, open doors, and close deals while traveling to meet clients.

Qualifications

• Own the full sales cycle from cold prospecting to closed deal.
• Present Paycom solutions to C-suite decision-makers.
• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through relentless prospecting and networking.
• Develop expertise in enterprise software and modern B2B SaaS sales.
• Travel is required, including overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from cold prospect to closed deal.
• Get in front of C-suite decision-makers and show them exactly how Paycom solves their biggest HR headaches.
• Top-performing sales reps build and manage pipelines through relentless prospecting, strategic networking and disciplined follow-through.
• Become an expert in enterprise software sales and modern B2B sales strategy. We’ll provide industry-leading training. You bring the drive to win.
• Travel required — includes overnight travel.
