Paycom Software Inc. is seeking a driven Account Executive in Atlanta to expand our market for enterprise HR software. You’ll own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close and will engage with C-suite decision-makers to demonstrate Paycom’s value.

The role rewards top performers with a base salary plus an uncapped commission plan, substantial upside, and ongoing training. A bachelor’s degree and B2B/SaaS experience are preferred.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree (business or professional selling preferred).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship is not available.
• Experience in B2B sales, handling complex processes across multiple touchpoints.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full sales cycle from cold prospecting to closed deal.
• Interact with C-suite decision-makers to demonstrate Paycom solutions.
• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through deliberate outreach and follow-up.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
