Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking an Account Executive for a high-growth AI-powered SaaS firm. You will drive new business and growth within mid-market and enterprise accounts, managing complex sales cycles and delivering consultative technology solutions.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience and a track record of exceeding revenue targets, with strong stakeholder management. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain forecasts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience.
• Proven success selling complex software solutions to mid-market/enterprise.
• Experience managing multi-stakeholder sales processes and longer buying cycles.

Responsabilités

• Developing and closing new business opportunities within mid-market and enterprise accounts.
• Managing sales opportunities through the entire sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Expanding existing client relationships through strategic account management.
• Leading consultative discovery conversations with multiple stakeholders.
• Collaborating with technical and customer-facing teams to deliver tailored solutions.
• Maintaining accurate pipeline forecasts and activity reporting.
