Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group is seeking an Account Executive to drive new business and account growth for a high-growth SaaS leader in AI-powered document management. You will manage complex B2B sales cycles, build relationships with decision-makers, and deliver consultative technology solutions that address critical business challenges.

The role requires 3+ years of full-cycle SaaS sales, a track record of exceeding revenue targets, and experience selling into mid-market or enterprise accounts,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience.
• Proven success selling complex software into mid-market or enterprise accounts.
• Experience managing multi-stakeholder sales processes and longer buying cycles.
• Strong consultative selling capabilities and familiarity with MEDDIC or Challenger frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Developing and closing new business opportunities within mid-market and enterprise accounts.
• Managing sales opportunities through the entire sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Expanding existing client relationships through strategic account management.
• Leading consultative discovery conversations with multiple stakeholders.
• Collaborating with technical and customer-facing teams to deliver tailored solutions.
• Maintaining accurate pipeline forecasts and activity reporting.
• Consistently achieving or exceeding quota objectives.
