HireEZ is seeking a high-energy sales professional for a remote or on-site role in the United States. You will drive revenue by selling SaaS solutions, navigating complex mid-market and enterprise deals, and consistently meeting quotas.

The position emphasizes collaboration within a competitive team and direct product feedback from field experience. The compensation range reflects a strong OTE with a 50/50 base-commission split, plus equity and a comprehensive benefits plan.

Qualifications

• Proven success selling SaaS, technology, consulting, or related services within the tech ecosystem.
• Demonstrated ability to manage long, complex mid-market or enterprise sales cycles.
• Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding quota in a high-activity sales environment.
