• 5+ years of software sales experience; proven ability to drive revenue growth within enterprise base.
• Strong business value presentation skills to CHROs and HR leaders across organizations.

Responsibilities

• Create, drive, and execute revenue upsell opportunities within a designated book of business.
• Develop and deliver a territory business plan in collaboration with sales leadership.
• Own the sales cycle from lead generation to closure and ensure customer retention goals.
