Job summary

Norstella is seeking a RWD Analytic Consultant to support our RWD engagements across the life sciences industry in the United States. You will query and analyze claims, lab, EMR, and other real-world data, transforming insights into actionable business recommendations.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of hands-on RWD experience, a quantitative degree, strong SQL, Excel, and PowerPoint skills, and a proactive, collaborative mindset to work with clinicians, data scientists, and other experts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience working hands on with RWD (claims, lab, EMR/EHR, etc.)
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Query and analyze healthcare data sources (claims, lab, EMR, etc.) to support analytical use cases
• Collaborate with clinicians, data scientists, statisticians, and healthcare professionals to define requirements and deliver insights
• Clean, validate, and transform raw data into structured formats while maintaining data quality
• Develop and maintain data documentation (data dictionaries, mappings, lineage) and translate analytic outputs into consultative business insights
