Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a quantitative field.
• 3+ years of hands-on RWD experience with claims, labs, EMR/EHR.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; SQL proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Query and analyze healthcare data sources (claims, lab, EMR) to generate insights.
• Collaborate with clinicians, data scientists, and other analysts to define requirements.
• Clean, validate, and transform data; maintain data documentation.
• Translate analytic outputs into consultative business insights.
• Support RWD engagements across the life sciences industry.
