Job summary

Norstella is seeking a proactive RWD Analytic Consultant to support life sciences analytical use cases by querying claims, lab results, EMR data, and other real-world datasets. You will translate analytical findings into actionable business insights for clients and cross-functional teams.

The role requires collaboration with clinicians, data scientists, and analysts, strong data governance, and attention to data quality. Remote work from the United States is supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field (e.g., Engineering, Epidemiology, Mathematics, CS).
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with real-world data (claims, lab, EMR/EHR, etc.).
• Strong understanding of US healthcare ecosystem and life sciences industry.

Responsibilities

• Query and analyze a broad set of healthcare data sources (claims, lab, EMR, RWD).
• Use SQL and data analysis to uncover trends and evidence-based insights.
• Collaborate with clinicians, data scientists, statisticians, and healthcare professionals to define analytical requirements.
