Norstella is seeking a high-energy RWD Analytic Consultant to support real‑world data engagements across the life sciences industry. You will query claims, lab results, EMR/EHR, and other RWD sources to extract meaningful insights and actionable recommendations.

Join a team dedicated to innovation, using AI-enabled data assets to help biopharmaceutical clients bring therapies to market faster, while ensuring data quality and transparent documentation throughout the engagement process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in relevant quantitative field.
• 3+ years of professional experience with real-world data (RWD).
• Understanding of the US healthcare ecosystem.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in SQL and data analysis.
• Client-facing experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• As a RWD Analytic Consultant, support life sciences analytical use cases by querying and analyzing healthcare data.
• Apply SQL and data analysis to understand trends and drive evidence-based decisions.
• Collaborate with clinicians, data scientists, statisticians, and healthcare professionals.
• Clean, validate, and transform raw data into structured formats for analysis.
• Develop and maintain data documentation, including data dictionaries and mappings.
• Translate analytic outputs into consultative business insights.
• All other duties as assigned.
