Job summary

StackAdapt is seeking a high-impact leader to run Eastern US client services, guiding 50+ account leads and managers toward revenue growth and exceptional client experiences. This remote-first role can be based in Eastern Time Zone states, ideally in a major media market.

You will shape service strategy, align resources across teams, and drive partnership growth with agencies and brands while maintaining a culture of high performance and accountability.

Qualifications

• Deep experience and passion for people management, with a background leading large organizations with managers as direct reports.
• Experience in a quota-carrying role, hitting and exceeding revenue targets as a people leader.
• Intense focus on delivering world class client experience founded on strong functional expertise and performance.

Responsibilities

• Act as a thought leader to inspire clients to set ambitious priorities and deepen partnerships with StackAdapt.
• Lead a team of 50+ account leads and account managers to deliver revenue through exceptional experiences.
• Define, refine, and expand our service motion to unlock growth and improve operational rigor.
• Obsess over client satisfaction and product adoption to uncover growth opportunities and drive programs.
• Improve internal cross-functional collaboration to achieve company goals and client success.
• Build high standards and accountability to achieve revenue targets with AE stakeholders.
