Qualifications

• Proven experience in service management, RV or automotive industry preferred.
• Strong leadership, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Technical knowledge of RV systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, chassis).
• Excellent communication and customer-service orientation.
• Proficient with service-management software and warranty processes.
