Fun Town RV is seeking a Warranty Administrator to manage all warranty claims for our RV dealership. The role ensures claims are processed accurately and timely, following manufacturer guidelines and company policies.

The administrator will coordinate between service, customers, and manufacturers, maximize reimbursements, and maintain compliance with warranty standards while using service management software. A supportive, growth‑oriented team environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Warranty Administrator in the RV, automotive, or similar industry preferred.
• Strong understanding of warranty processes, guidelines, and claim submission.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and customer service skills for customers and manufacturers.
• Proficient with service management software.

Responsibilities

• Review, prepare, and submit warranty claims for RV repairs.
• Stay updated on manufacturer policies and train staff on procedures.
• Act as liaison between dealership, customers, and manufacturers.
• Track warranty claims from submission to reimbursement and reconcile credits.
• Maintain records and generate reports on claim performance.
