Job summary

Fun Town RV is seeking a Service Manager to oversee the service, parts, and warranty departments, while leading technicians and office staff to deliver exceptional customer service. You will ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations, and drive process improvements in a fast-growing RV retail environment.

The role requires strong leadership, deep RV systems knowledge, and excellent communication to coordinate with technicians, vendors, and customers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in service management, preferably in RV or related industries.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Technical knowledge of RV systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and chassis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service, parts and warranty departments and manage a team of technicians and support staff.
• Lead scheduling, workflow, and customer interactions to ensure prompt, quality service.
• Develop and enforce department policies, budgets, and safety/environmental compliance.
