Fun Town RV is hiring a Service Manager to oversee service, parts and warranty departments, lead technicians, and ensure compliance with company standards. You will manage budgets, develop policies, and drive customer satisfaction in a fast-growing RV operation.

We seek a strong leader with technical RV knowledge, excellent communication, and a passion for service. This on-site role includes teamwork across shop and office environments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in service management, preferably in RV or automotive industries.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Technical knowledge of RV systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and chassis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
• Proficiency in using service management software and tools.
• Ability to manage budgets, analyze performance metrics, and implement improvements.
• Familiarity with safety and environmental regulations in the RV industry.
• High school diploma; a related degree is preferred; RVIA/RVDA certifications desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead service, parts, and warranty departments and manage a team of technicians and support staff.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and conduct performance reviews; develop growth plans.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and timely completion of service jobs.
• Develop policies, monitor budgets, and optimize workflow for efficiency.
• Provide technical guidance and stay current with RV systems and repair techniques.
• Collaborate with manufacturers for training, warranty claims, and parts procurement.
• Track KPIs and drive continuous improvement alongside the sales team.
