Job summary

Fun Town RV in Texas is seeking a Service Manager to oversee the service, parts and warranty departments, lead technicians and support staff, and ensure adherence to company standards. The role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge of RV systems, and a passion for customer service.

You will drive KPI performance, manage budgets, schedules, and workflows to minimize downtime, while collaborating with manufacturers for training and warranty claims.

Qualifications

• Walk-in candidates must have proven service-management experience in RV/auto or related industry.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Technical knowledge of RV systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and chassis components is required.
