Qualifications

• Proven experience in service management, preferably in the RV, automotive, or related industry.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Technical knowledge of RV systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and chassis components.
• Proficiency in using service management software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service, parts and warranty departments and manage a team of technicians and staff.
• Ensure exceptional customer experiences and timely completion of service jobs.
• Develop and implement department policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and stay current with RV systems and repair techniques.
• Establish and track KPIs to measure department success and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with sales for pre-delivery inspections and warranty repairs.
