Responsibilities

• Identify RV problems by listening to customers’ descriptions of symptoms.
• Verify warranty/contract coverage by reviewing records and explaining provisions.
• Develop estimates for parts, materials, and labor; calculate customer payment including deductibles.
• Prepare repair orders (RO).
• Handle customer complaints and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Monitor progress during servicing and update customers on RV status.
