Job summary

General RV Center in Salisbury, NC seeks a Service Writer (RV Service Advisor) to join the service department as a trusted customer-facing liaison. You will schedule service, communicate repair needs clearly, and help customers choose the right maintenance options for their RV.

Experience with RV or automotive service writing is a plus; strong customer service and MS Office skills are valued. This on-site role offers a comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities within a family-owned

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience is required.
• Experience with RV or Automotive Service Writing is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
• Must be extremely detail oriented and organized.
• Familiarity with MS Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for providing customers with excellent customer service throughout their entire service experience.
• Schedule service appointments with customers in a timely and efficient manner.
• Effectively communicate with customers to determine RV repair or maintenance that is required.
• Submit repair orders, outlining an accurate and detailed description of the repairs and/or maintenance required.
• Assist customers in recommending additional products and services that will enhance the overall use of their RV.
• Ability to clearly explain technical issues to customers and how the issue can be repaired.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
