Job summary

Campers Inn RV of Mesa Inc. is hiring a Service Advisor/Writer to greet customers, schedule service, and communicate needed repairs. The role emphasizes accurate estimates, warranty review, and maintaining customer satisfaction at all times.

The successful candidate will have RV service experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while lifting and moving heavy RV components as required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• A minimum of one year's RV service experience preferred.
• Demonstrated excellent oral and written communications skills, along with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable and strong work ethic.
• Commitment to superior customer service.
• Ability to work independently as well as on a team.
• Knowledge or ability to learn company computer systems applications, including Motility Systems2K.
• Ability to safely handle solvents and chemicals.
• Ability to move RVs of various sizes.
• Ability to reach above shoulders and lift a minimum of 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Identifies RV problems and services by listening to customer's description of symptoms.
• Verifies warranty and service contract coverage by examining records and papers; explaining provisions and exclusions.
• Develops estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labor; calculating customer's payment, including deductibles.
• Handles customer complaints and maintains high customer satisfaction standards.
• Periodically checks on the progress of the vehicle during servicing and contacts the customer as needed to keep them up to date with their RV's status.
