Job summary

Byerly Trailer & Mfg Co Inc is seeking a Service Advisor to act as a liaison between the service department and external customers. Tasks include greeting customers, creating work orders, selling maintenance and parts, and coordinating with technicians to ensure timely service.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, and RV/auto dealership experience is a plus. Applicants should be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record required.
• Experience in an RV or automotive dealership is a plus.
• Desire to pursue RVDA education provided by Byerly RV.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess their service needs.
• Create and manage work orders.
• Sell Scheduled maintenance, Labor, & Parts.
• Complete Service Advisor Checklist daily.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely service.
• Provide cost estimates and obtain customer approvals.
• Communicate service progress and updates to customers.
• Process payments and complete necessary documentation.
• Follow up with customers’ post-service to ensure satisfaction.
• Deliver exceptional customer service.
• Achieve $55,000 Gross Profit per month.
• Reach Menu penetration goal of 40%.
