Job summary

Campers Inn RV is seeking a Service Advisor/Writer to work with customers, schedule service work, and communicate additional service needs. The role supports a family‑style team focused on the RV lifestyle and outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities include identifying issues, preparing repair estimates, and tracking service progress. Must have a high school diploma and at least one year RV service experience; ability to lift 50 pounds and learn Motility Systems2K is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• A minimum of one year’s RV service experience preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communications skills.
• Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends may be required.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable and strong work ethic; commitment to customer service.
• Ability to work independently or on a team.
• Knowledge or ability to learn company computer systems, including Motility Systems2K.
• Ability to move RVs of various sizes.
• Ability to reach above shoulders and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Identifies RV problems by listening to customer descriptions and symptoms.
• Verifies warranty and service contract coverage; explains provisions and exclusions.
• Develops repair estimates for materials, supplies, and labor; calculates customer payment.
• Prepares repair orders (RO).
• Handles customer complaints and maintains high customer satisfaction.
• Monitors RV servicing progress and communicates updates to customers.
