Campers Inn RV is seeking a Service Advisor/Writer to greet customers, schedule service work, and communicate any additional service needed for their RVs. You will verify warranties, develop estimates, and keep customers informed about progress.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• A minimum of one year’s RV service experience preferred.
• Demonstrated excellent oral and written communications skills, along with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Identifies RV problems by listening to customer descriptions of symptoms.
• Verifies warranty and service contract coverage by examining records and explaining provisions.
• Develops estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labor; calculating customer payments including deductibles.
• Handles customer complaints and maintains high customer satisfaction standards.
• Periodically checks on the progress of the vehicle during servicing and updates the customer.
