Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identifies RV problems by listening to customer descriptions.
• Verifies warranty and service contract coverage by examining records.
• Develops estimates by costing materials and labor; calculates customer payment.
• Prepares repair orders (RO).
• Handles customer complaints and maintains satisfaction.
• Updates customers on RV status during servicing.
