Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our team and support the Service Department with customer-facing service requests and administrative tasks. You will interact directly with customers to determine their RV service needs, upsell add-ons, and provide upfront price estimates for installations before scheduling appointments.

In this role you will keep customers informed about work progress, ensuring accurate communication and timely updates.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of service experience preferred.
• Experience with RV products or camping lifestyle.
• Proficient with computer use and internet searches.
• Excellent organization and follow-up skills.
• Ability to follow department procedures and policies.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.
• Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.

Responsibilities

• Determine specialized product needs and services by working directly with customers.
• Suggest add-on sales to increase average transactions.
• Provide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointments.
• Keep customers apprised of work progress.
