Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. You will initiate and process requests for repair services and provide administrative support to the Service Department while keeping customers apprised of progress.

Responsibilities include determining product needs with customers, suggesting add-ons to increase transactions, and providing price estimates prior to scheduling. Prior RV experience is preferred, with strong organization and computer skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of service experience.
• RV product knowledge or camping lifestyle.
• Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches.
• Valid driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Determine specialized product needs by working with customers.
• Suggest add-on sales to increase average transactions.
• Provide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling.
• Keep customers apprised of work progress.
