Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. You will initiate and process repair service requests and provide administrative support to the Service Department while keeping customers apprised of work progress.

You will determine specialized product needs with customers, suggest add-on sales, provide price estimates for installations prior to scheduling, and track work progress. A minimum of one year of service experience is preferred and RV knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of service experience preferred.
• RV product knowledge or camping lifestyle familiarity.
• Proficient with computers and internet searches.
• Excellent organization and follow-up skills.
