Camping World Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. You will initiate and process repair service requests and provide administrative support to the Service Department while keeping customers informed of work progress.

The role emphasizes customer service, accurate pricing, and coordinating with technicians. A background in RV products or camping lifestyle is preferred, with strong organizational skills and reliability.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of service experience preferred.
• Prior RV product or camping lifestyle experience.
• Proficient computer usage and internet research.
• Excellent organization and follow-up skills required.
• Ability to follow department procedures and policies.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.
• Prolonged standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and process repair service requests.
• Provide administrative support to the Service Department.
• Keep customers apprised of work progress.
• Assist with price estimates for installations prior to scheduling.
