Job summary

Camping World Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. You will initiate and process repair service requests and provide administrative support to the Service Department while keeping customers informed of work progress.

Responsibilities include determining product needs with customers, suggesting add-on sales, providing installation price estimates, and maintaining open communication on job status. The role emphasizes customer service and efficient clerical support.

Qualifications

• A minimum of one year of service experience is preferred.
• RV product or camping lifestyle background is preferred.
• Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches.
• Excellent organization and follow up skills are required.
• The ability to follow department procedures and policies.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.
• Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling and bending.

Responsibilities

• Determine specialized product needs and services by working directly with customers.
• Suggest add-on sales to increase average transactions.
• Provide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointments.
• Keep customers apprised of work progress.
