Fun Town RV in Texarkana, AR seeks a Service Advisor to be the primary contact in the service department, coordinating between customers and technicians to ensure a seamless repair and maintenance experience.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a service advisor or customer-facing role, preferably in the RV, automotive, or related industry.
• Familiarity with RV systems, parts, and maintenance is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using service management software and basic computer applications.
• Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and document service requests, and provide expert advice on repairs and maintenance.
• Create and manage repair orders, recording customer concerns and technician notes.
• Provide detailed estimates for recommended services and upsell maintenance or upgrades.
• Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, repair orders, and payments.
