Job summary

Fun Town RV in Texas seeks a Service Advisor to be the main contact for customers in the service department. You will coordinate between customers and technicians, document service requests, and explain timelines, costs, and recommendations to ensure a smooth repair and maintenance process.

You will build high customer satisfaction by providing accurate estimates, upselling appropriate services, and following up after service, while managing repair orders and maintaining records.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a service advisor or customer-facing role, preferably in RV, automotive, or related industry.
• Familiarity with RV systems, parts, and maintenance is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using service management software and basic computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally, ensuring a welcoming experience and documenting service requests.
• Maintain clear communication with customers regarding status, timelines, and costs.
• Create and manage repair orders, coordinating with service technicians for efficient, quality work.
• Provide customers with detailed estimates and educate on additional services or maintenance plans.
• Follow up post-service to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
