Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a service advisor or customer-facing role in RV/automotive.
• Familiarity with RV systems, parts, and maintenance is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using service management software and basic computer applications.
• Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally, documenting service requests and providing expert advice on repairs.
• Maintain clear communication with customers regarding status, estimated times, and costs.
• Create and manage repair orders, recording concerns and technician notes.
• Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely, quality repairs.
• Coordinate warranty work and obtain manufacturer authorization as needed.
• Provide customers with detailed estimates and discuss recommended services or upgrades.
• Promote service specials and dealership programs to add value for customers.
• Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, repair history, and service documentation.
• Process payments and ensure proper documentation for completed jobs.
• Monitor service schedules to keep workflow efficient and on time.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
