Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a service advisor or customer-facing role, RV/automotive industry preferred.
• Familiarity with RV systems, parts, and maintenance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in service management software and basic computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally, ensuring a welcoming experience and documenting service requests.

• Create and manage repair orders and coordinate with service technicians.
