You will coordinate with technicians, create repair orders, and ensure accurate documentation while promoting service options and add-on plans to enhance value for customers. Experience in RV-related service and strong communication are valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional technical training preferred.
• 1-2 years in a service advisor or customer-facing role.
• Familiarity with RV systems, parts, and maintenance is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
