Fun Town RV in Cleburne, TX is seeking a Full Time Service Advisor to be the primary contact for customers in the service department. You will coordinate between customers and technicians, document service requests accurately, and communicate timelines, costs, and recommendations clearly to ensure a seamless repair experience.

You will provide estimates, discuss maintenance plans and upgrades, and promote service specials.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a service advisor or customer-facing role.
• Familiarity with RV systems, parts, and maintenance is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using service management software and basic computer applications.
