Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a service advisor or customer-facing role, RV/auto industry preferred.
• Familiarity with RV systems, parts, and maintenance is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using service management software and basic computer applications.
• Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally, ensuring a welcoming experience.
• Listen to customer concerns, document service requests, and provide expert advice on necessary repairs and maintenance.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with customers regarding status, timelines, and costs.
• Create and manage repair orders, ensuring all concerns and technician notes are recorded.
• Work with service technicians to ensure timely, quality repairs and coordinate warranty work.
• Provide customers with detailed estimates and promote additional services or maintenance plans.
• Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and collect feedback.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service history, process payments, and monitor schedules.
