Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. You will primarily be responsible for initiating and processing requests for repair services and providing administrative support to the Service Department as well as keep customers apprised of work progress.

You'll need at least one year of service experience, RV product knowledge, and strong computer and organizational skills. A valid driver's license is preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• A minimum of one year of service experience is preferred.
• RV product knowledge or camping lifestyle experience is preferred.
• Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches as needed.
• Excellent organization and follow up skills are required.
• Ability to follow department procedures and policies.
• Valid driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and process repair service requests for customers.
• Provide administrative support to the Service Department.
• Keep customers apprised of work progress.
• Suggest add-on sales to increase average transactions.
• Provide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointments.
