Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. As a Service Advisor you will initiate and process requests for repair services and provide administrative support to the Service Department as well as keep customers apprised of work progress.

You will need at least one year of service experience, RV product knowledge, and excellent organizational skills. A valid driver’s license is preferred, and lifting may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of service experience preferred.
• RV product knowledge or camping lifestyle experience preferred.
• Excellent organization and follow-up skills are required.
• Ability to follow department procedures and policies.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and process requests for repair services.
• Provide administrative support to the Service Department.
• Keep customers apprised of work progress.
• Suggest add-on sales to increase average transactions.
• Provide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling.
• Work daily on a computer and perform internet searches as needed.
