Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. You will initiate and process repair service requests and provide administrative support to the Service Department while keeping customers informed of progress.

A minimum of one year of service experience is preferred, and RV product knowledge or camping lifestyle familiarity helps. You should be organized, able to follow procedures, and comfortable working at a computer.

Qualifications

• A minimum of one year of service experience is preferred.
• RV product knowledge or camping lifestyle familiarity is helpful.
• Excellent organization and follow up skills are required.
• Valid driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and process repair service requests and provide administrative support to the Service Department.
• Suggest add-on sales to increase average transactions.
• Provide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointments.
• Keep customers apprised of work progress.
