Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. You will initiate and process requests for repair services and provide administrative support to the Service Department while keeping customers informed on work progress.

A minimum of one year of service experience is preferred, with RV product knowledge or camping lifestyle experience. You will perform computer tasks, provide price estimates, and follow department procedures.

Qualifications

• A minimum of one year of service experience is preferred.
• RV product knowledge or camping lifestyle experience is a plus.
• Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches as needed.
• Excellent organization and follow-up skills are required.
• Ability to follow department procedures and policies.

Responsibilities

• Determine specialized product needs and services by working directly with customers.
• Suggest add-on sales to increase average transactions.
• Provide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointments.
• Keep customers apprised of work progress.
