Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our team. You will initiate and process requests for repair services and provide administrative support to the Service Department while keeping customers informed about work progress.

Key duties include suggesting add-on sales, providing price estimates for installations, and ensuring adherence to department procedures. A minimum of one year of service experience is preferred and a valid driver’s license is recommended.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of service experience preferred.
• Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches as needed.
• Excellent organization and follow up skills required.
• Valid driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and process requests for repair services.
• Provide administrative support to the Service Department.
• Keep customers apprised of work progress.
• Suggest add-on sales to increase average transactions.
• Provide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointments.
