Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. As a Service Advisor you will initiate and process requests for repair services and provide administrative support to the Service Department as well as keep customers apprised of work progress.

What You'll Need to Have for the Role includes at least one year of service experience, RV product knowledge, strong organization, and computer skills, with a preferred driver's license and ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of service experience.
• RV product or camping lifestyle experience.
• Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches as needed.
• Excellent organization and follow up skills.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.
• Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and process requests for repair services.
• Provide administrative support to the Service Department.
• Keep customers apprised of work progress.
• Suggest add-on sales to increase average transactions.
• Provide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling.
