Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. You will initiate and process requests for repair services and provide administrative support to the Service Department while keeping customers informed about work progress.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of service experience, familiarity with RV products or camping lifestyle, strong computer skills, and excellent organizational abilities. A valid driver's license is preferred.

Qualifications

• A minimum of one year of service experience is preferred.
• RV product knowledge or camping lifestyle familiarity.
• Proficient with computer use and internet searches.
• Excellent organization and follow up skills.

Responsibilities

• Determine specialized product needs and services by working directly with customers.
• Suggest add-on sales to increase average transactions.
• Provide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointments.
• Keep customers apprised of work progress.
