Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. You will be responsible for initiating and processing repair requests and providing administrative support to the Service Department, while keeping customers apprised of work progress.

The role requires at least one year of service experience, familiarity with RV products, and strong organizational skills; a valid driver's license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of service experience.
• Previous RV product or camping lifestyle
• Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches as needed
• Excellent organization and follow up skills
• Valid driver's license preferred
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Determine specialized product needs and services by working directly with customers
• Suggest add-on sales to increase average transactions
• Provide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointments
• Keep customers apprised of work progress
