Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. You will initiate and process repair service requests and provide administrative support to the Service Department, while keeping customers informed of progress. This role emphasizes RV product knowledge and strong organizational skills, with a commission-based compensation structure.

The position is full-time and requires at least one year of service experience. A valid driver's license is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of service experience is preferred.
• RV product knowledge or camping lifestyle familiarity is preferred.
• Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches.
• Excellent organization and follow-up skills are required.
• Ability to follow department procedures and policies.
• Valid driver's license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Determine specialized product needs by working directly with customers.
• Suggest add-on sales to increase average transactions.
• Provide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointments.
• Keep customers apprised of work progress.
