Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. You will initiate and process repair service requests and provide administrative support to the Service Department while keeping customers informed about progress.

Preferred candidates have at least one year of service experience, RV product knowledge, and strong organizational skills. A valid driver’s license is preferred, and the role may require lifting up to 25 lbs and standing for extended periods.

Qualifications

• One year of service experience preferred.
• RV product knowledge or camping lifestyle familiarity.
• Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches as needed.
• Excellent organization and follow up skills.
